LOCAL PUBLIC HEARINGS SCHEDULED

YOUR COMMENTS AT PUBLIC HEARINGS ARE IMPORTANT TO THE CASE BECAUSE THE PSC WILL CONSIDER YOUR COMMENTS AS EVIDENCE OF THE PUBLIC SUPPORT OR OPPOSITION TO THE COMPANY'S PROPOSED RATES OR SERVICE PROPOSALS.

IMPORTANT LOCAL PUBLIC HEARINGS

The PSC holds public hearings in the area served by the utility to find out if you support or oppose the proposed rates or service proposals and to hear your comments on how the proposed rate change or service proposal will affect you, your family, your neighbors, and your community.

In addition to rates, the PSC wants to hear about problems you have with the company providing safe, adequate and quality service to you.  At the hearing you can bring to the PSC's attention problems or concerns about service, response to outages, billing or collection problems, or other customer service problems with the company.
